In a horse-drawn carriage, you’ll discover the heart of the nature reserve, its landscapes, fauna and flora. Then you’ll meet the Vallat manade and its herdsmen on horseback, who will introduce you to their herd of Camargue bulls, followed by a demonstration of cattle sorting, and a friendly drink.
