On June 21, 2006, Armand Arnal opened his first service at La Chassagnette, between the mistral wind in the Provence canes and the mosquitoes in the evening light.
At the time, there were already tomatoes in the garden, and this slightly mad desire to devote himself to plant-based cooking and to make the kitchen garden a terroir of culinary delights.
vegetable garden into a land of exploration. Since then, the seasons have come and gone, with no two days alike. The garden has expanded, the culinary creations have blossomed, the children have grown, and so have some of the customers.
On Sunday June 21, 2026, La Chassagnette will celebrate these twenty years as it has lived them: at table, in the garden, with music, with those who have made its heart beat since the beginning.
We invite you to share an entire day, from lunch to the end of the night.
