In the morning, your guide will take you on a tour of the historic center. The “Little Rome of the Gauls” boasts an impressive array of ancient monuments and works of art that celebrate the ingenuity of the Romans.
The day continues with a visit to the Musée Départemental Arles Antique. This museum immerses visitors in the city’s living memory. Witness Arles’ rich ancient past, and discover major works (bust of Julius Caesar, models of monuments, and the Gallo-Roman barge Arles Rhône 3…).

No guide may be responsible for more than 35 people, beyond which a second guide must be provided.
Recorded commentaries are strictly forbidden.
In the event of cancellation within 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or in the event of no-show (1 hour after the scheduled time), the full invoice will be due.
Each additional hour will be billed at €55 per hour per guide (€65 on Sundays – €82.50 on public holidays).
A supplement of €25 per guide per date will be charged if the guide’s meal is not provided on site.

Meeting point and/or end of tour: all above rates are calculated on the basis of a meeting point in downtown Arles. Should this not be the case, please allow for additional transportation costs (minimum €50, rates on request).
