2 weekends per month, we invite you to discover the unique flavor of our beef, patiently raised in our pastures and fed exclusively with grass and Crau hay produced on the farm.
Time and nature give our meat exceptional taste and nutritional qualities. Our tastings will let you savor this exceptional meat, aged for 21 days, in a variety of culinary forms: grilled, confit, with sauce, carpaccio, sausage, and even cured meats!
Take your seat at our large wooden tables around the ornamental pond and enjoy the magical sight of our animals peacefully grazing and the sublime sunset falling over the Crau. Then, choose from our butcher cuts to grill on the brasero, one of our 3 tasting menus, or our platters and tapas for an authentic, festive countryside meal, surrounded by animals, nature, and fellow good-living enthusiasts!

Our Bos de la Crau events take place at our Ferme Auberge Mas de la Tapie de Bouchet (Mas-Thibert, entrance via RN568 toward Fos-sur-Mer).Depending on the weather, some of our tables are set indoors to ensure maximum comfort.On site: swing, pétanque, mini-soccer, table football, darts.
