Juan Santiago, flamenco guitarist, grew up surrounded by the sounds and silences of the purest flamenco. He comes from a great dynasty of gypsy guitarists, Los Bolecos. His fingers on the strings don’t play, they speak, cry, sing and celebrate. On stage, Juan doesn’t just interpret flamenco. He reveals it.
For the exercise that is a flamenco guitar recital, he will perform the palos (styles) of the “purest” flamenco.
This recital is an invitation to enter the intimate world of flamenco without artifice, to feel the power, grace and depth of the guitar.
