Spain has long been a part of French culture, inspiring artists as early as the reign of Louis XIV. But it was in the 19th century that enthusiasm for Spanish culture and influences truly took off.
The lecture will be led by Olivier Bouguenec, a lecturer, musicologist, art historian, and project manager at the Lyon Regional Education Office.
