Danielle Barbosa is a Brazilian chef with an atypical background. An economist, she practiced her profession before giving free rein to her passion for cooking thanks to the Masterchef TV show, where she won the Brazilian edition in 2020. She then honed her skills in Paris, Italy and Turkey, before taking over the reins at Bubo in Marseille.
