A jeweler of sound, a scrambler of tracks (and not just audio), a mysterious and unclassifiable character. KG’s music works through assemblies, frictions, subtractions and emotions.
Because yes, we’re talking about music here. But not the kind you play in the background while cooking pasta. KG creates a hybrid between electro, rock and indus, with layers of vintage synths, squealing guitars and rhythms that spin like capricious machines. The kind of sound that doesn’t ask your opinion before you get on board.
Since the 90s, KG has been developing an elusive universe, first in hypnotic shoegaze ambiences, then later through percussive electro-rock, always with this ability to take you far away, and not necessarily where you expected.
On stage (or on the roof of his car!), KG transforms all this into a performance, with leather and long hair floating on a fan: part concert, part happening, part strange experience.
