No more than 35 people per guide, beyond which a second guide must be provided.
Recorded commentaries are strictly forbidden.
In the event of cancellation within 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or in the event of no-show (1 hour after the scheduled time), the full invoice will be due.
Each additional hour will be billed at €55 per hour per guide (€65 on Sundays – €82.50 on public holidays).
A supplement of €25 per guide per date will be charged if the guide’s meal is not provided on site.
Night tours: After 9:00 pm, please consult us.
Meeting point and/or end of tour: all above rates are calculated on the basis of a meeting point in Arles city center. Should this not be the case, please allow for additional transportation costs (minimum €50, rates on request).
