On October 10, 2026, people of all ages can participate in five free workshops centered on the theme “Saveurs Savantes” to experiment, observe, and learn while having fun.
On the program: “From Stone to Plate” with La Pierre au Carré, to discover the connections between food and traditional craftsmanship involving lime, fire, and heat; “The Flavors of Plastics” with Milvi, a fun workshop to understand the journey and impact of plastics all the way into our food; “From Material to Forge” with Khalkeia, featuring a demonstration of fire, metal, and traditional forging techniques.
Also discover “A Story in Every Sense” with Camélopard and A-Corros, an astonishing workshop exploring memory, smells, flavors, sounds, and images, as well as “Dining with Our Ancestors” with Ipso Facto, an archaeological investigation that explores the diets of ancient populations through seeds, fruits, and other plant remains.
