On May 23, Croisière invites Les Suds, in Arles, to take over the turntables. On the program: guinguette, refreshments and dancing!
Sophie Legay Peñaloza, whose pseudonym comes from a 1959 Mexican bolero, is passionate about the history of Latin and Afro-descendant music, and composes radiant sets that tell stories and link genres across eras and borders. She draws from her bins flavors as sweet as they are spicy: son, guaguanco, Cuban salsa, boogaloo, electro-cumbia or afro-latin house… pa’ gozar y bailar!
