• Edward Perraud Trio – From Shadow to Dawn
Percussionist, drummer, composer, and improviser, Edward Perraud is a major figure in European creative music. Influenced by classical and contemporary music, jazz, and non-European traditions, he has developed a unique style deeply marked by improvisation and sound exploration.
With From Shadow to Dawn, the culmination of his triptych released on Label Bleu, he explores the concepts of space, time, and light. Accompanied by Bruno Angelini and Arnault Cuisinier, the trio performs intense and sensitive music that is at once poetic, physical, and metaphysical, where every moment becomes an experience of life.
On stage:
– Edward Perraud – drums
– Bruno Angelini – piano
– Arnault Cuisinier – double bass
• Laurent Dehors & Céline Bonacina
Born out of their meeting in 2021, the duo formed by Céline Bonacina and Laurent Dehors brings together two strong personalities from the world of contemporary jazz. Their musical dialogue, rich in contrasts, takes listeners on a sensitive and daring journey, between extreme gentleness and wilder impulses.
On baritone and soprano saxophones, Céline Bonacina deploys a melodic, open, and deeply lively jazz. Opposite her, Laurent Dehors, a virtuoso multi-instrumentalist, creates a dialogue between clarinets, saxophones, bagpipes, and recorders with jubilant freedom of play. Together, they explore a wide range of emotions in the service of inventive and resolutely contemporary music.
On stage:
– Céline Bonacina – baritone & soprano saxophone
– Laurent Dehors – clarinets, saxophones, bagpipes, recorder
