Skilfully traversing the conventional modalities of traditional music, they navigate between minimalism and melodious harmonies, creating a unique soundscape. Taking advantage of all the possibilities offered by two traditional stringed instruments from the zither family, the gayageum (with its 25 strings) and the geomungo (with six strings struck, plucked or bowed), their innovative interpretation produces a graceful, ethereal music, sometimes grating, bubbling, where emptiness meets fullness; the ancient, the contemporary; the similar, the different… in a symbiotic connection that has become Coexistence (title of this second album).
