The Niasque gîte, which is a former guest house, is adjoining another gîte (Gîte du Milieu – 3 gîtes in total on the property as well as the owner) and is composed of:
– The kitchen with dining area for 2 people, kitchenette equipped with kettle, Senseo pod coffee maker, microwave, 2-burner induction hob, small table-top fridge and toaster.
– The bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed, wardrobe, table, side lamp, small flat screen connected TV fixed to the wall and large mirror above the bed.
– The bathroom with bathtub, sink and heated towel rail.
– Separate toilet.
Private terrace in front of the kitchen of 10 m² with garden furniture.
Books available on request, as well as the owner’s washing machine. End-of-stay cleaning included, sheets and towels for hire as an option.
