The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, separate toilet, master bedroom, children’s bedroom and bathroom with toilet.
All rooms are on one level, with views and access to the garden or swimming pool.
Bed linen, towels, pool towels and tea towels are provided free of charge. Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The living room
With direct access to the garden, the living room features a three-seater sofa and an armchair, along with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
A bluetooth speaker is available for listening to your favorite music.
Wifi is free, and board games such as scrabble and monoploy are also available.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has a table for 4 people. It is fully equipped with dishwasher & washing machine, 4-burner induction hob with oven & microwave, fridge-freezer and Magimix food processor. Crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, tea towels and tablecloths are all provided. For breakfast, you’ll have a choice of coffee maker, coffee machine, kettle, citrus squeezer & toaster. A baby high chair is available on request.
THE BEDROOMS
The spacious master bedroom features a large dressing room, chest of drawers, large mirror, clock radio and 160cm bed (crib available on request).
The children’s bedroom has 2 90cm beds and a wardrobe.
Both rooms have direct access to the garden and swimming pool.
THE BATHROOM
The bright bathroom between the two bedrooms has a bath (with shower), toilet and double washbasin (hairdryer available). Towels are provided.
A second, separate toilet with washbasin is located next to the master bedroom.

It’s a little paradise where you can enjoy a glass of rosé, accompanied by the song of the cicadas. Meals can be prepared in the pool house, with barbecues.
And after a dip in the freshwater pool, you can make use of the outdoor shower. You’ll also be able to take full advantage of the green surroundings, which have been carefully tended to welcome you.
THE POOL
The tiled swimming pool, 5mx10m & 1m40 deep, is equipped with a UV filtration system, which ensures soft (chlorine-free) water.
Enhanced by a fully retractable wooden cover, you’ll be able to take advantage of pleasant temperatures early in the year.
THE GARDEN
Fully planted with flowers, mainly roses and palms of all kinds, you’ll be protected from the outside world. An outdoor lounge is at your disposal, inviting you to socialize and share good times.
For ping-pong enthusiasts, a table with rackets and balls is available.
THE POOL HOUSE
The pool house is equipped with a table with chairs, crockery and cutlery, sink, 2-burner induction hob, fridge, microwave, tea towels and tablecloth, barbecue and utensils, deckchairs, parasol, table tennis table. For your convenience, a toilet and outdoor walk-in shower (with hot and cold water) complete the layout.
