On two levels, it is composed on the ground floor:

– an integrated kitchen with 4-burner electric cooker, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee maker. Dining area with wooden table and 6 chairs.
– after 3 steps, the living room with garden view is equipped with a sofa, TV, table with tourist information and lamp and opens onto the terrace through a French window.
– a first large bedroom with garden view window, 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, desk, clothes rack and storage bins.
– a shower room/WC with shower cubicle, washbasin with vanity unit, washing machine and heated towel rack/
– 30m² terrace with table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs, bench and barbecue.
Access to the 1st floor is via a spiral metal staircase. Loft-type, the two bedrooms have high ceilings and are separated by sliding walls. The first has 2 beds 90x190cm and the second a bed 160x200cm. By two steps, access to a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink with cabinet, heated towel rail. Independent WC. Gas heating and air conditioning included. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included.
