Open all summer long at the Hôtel Présent on Place Voltaire in Arles, Simone Pop-Up invites you to enjoy gourmet evenings in a warm and relaxed setting. From the shaded terrace to the dining room and the rooftop with views over the rooftops of Arles, each space is designed to let you fully enjoy the long summer evenings.
In the kitchen, Chef Numa creates a fresh, generous, and ever-changing menu that showcases seasonal ingredients. Vegetables take center stage alongside fish and meat, often enhanced by barbecue cooking, which adds a delicate smoky note. The dishes—whether shared or enjoyed individually—celebrate the simplicity of high-quality ingredients and the taste of homemade cuisine.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., the rooftop welcomes guests with creative cocktails crafted by Ernest and dishes to share, in an atmosphere perfect for admiring the sunset. Starting at 7:30 p.m., the restaurant opens its doors for dinner, where attentive service is an integral part of the experience.
The wine list, carefully curated by Inès, features distinctive wines selected to perfectly complement the seasonal cuisine and offer exquisite food-and-wine pairings.
Simone Pop-Up is, above all, a story of teamwork and sharing: a pop-up spot where guests come as much for the quality of the cuisine as for the friendly atmosphere that reigns throughout the summer. Open Thursday through Tuesday evenings (closed on Wednesdays), the restaurant also features a rooftop terrace accessible without a reservation starting at 6:30 p.m., though reservations are recommended for dinner.
