Special advantage : a private garage 400m from the cottage.
On the ground floor, living room with sitting area (sofa and armchair), flat screen TV, dining area in front of the door opening onto the backyard, completely closed. Integrated kitchen (2 ceramic hobs, oven microwave comne grill, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, small appliances). Washing machine in the cellar.
On the 1st floor, two rooms: a room with a double bed (140×190), a small room for children (7 m ²) with 2 bunk beds overlooking the courtyard surrounded by trees.
