Halfway between Camargue and Alpilles in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by the owners’ fields of Crau hay, Mas Mandine is a magnificent 19th century stone Provencal farmhouse completely renovated with taste.
On one hectare of land, the farmhouse has a private heated and secure swimming pool (6x12m, depth 1.45m) open from May to October, sun loungers, garden furniture, a ping pong table, a plancha and a shed to park several vehicles.
Mas Mandine is composed of:
– a large entrance serving the dining room, the kitchen, the floor and the living room.
– a large dining room with a long table and 14 chairs, decorative fireplace, large wardrobe and dressers
– an independent kitchen with central island: 3-burner induction hob with built-in extractor hood, dishwasher, wine cellar, American fridge with freezer, multifunction robot
– two living rooms: the first with sofas and armchairs, the second with a desk, sofa, chaise longue, coffee table and connected flat screen TV
– a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as an additional refrigerator
The 1st bedroom is accessible from the TV lounge by a beautiful independent glass staircase. On 45m², it has a double bed 180x200cm, storage, a private bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet.
By the staircase in the center of the house, the floor is composed:
– three bedrooms of around 40m² each with its own private bathroom and independent WC (180x200cm bed, shower and bath). One of the 3 bedrooms does not have a bath but a walk-in shower.
– a children’s bedroom with 2 90x200cm beds and glass roof overlooking the hallway. This room does not have a private bathroom.
Floor heating on the ground floor and reversible air conditioning upstairs. All charges are included (electricity, sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning and 3 hour cleaning during the stay).
