On the first floor, you will find:
– The first double bedroom (storage bed 120cm x 190cm) with its adjoining marble bathroom.
– The stylish and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, cooktop, toaster, Nespresso machine, wine cooler, dishes and kitchen accessories, etc.
– A bright and cozy living area with a wood-burning stove and a dining area.
On the second floor:
– The second double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with a large walk-in closet and its own adjoining marble bathroom.
Separate toilets from the bathrooms.
On the rooftop:
– A hidden gem… the rooftop terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 4, a comfy sofa/2 armchairs and a parasol. The space can be enjoyed all day/night for meals, drinks and relaxation.
Note: The house has stairs.
