Upon entering:
– A large, bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, stovetop, kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, tableware, and kitchen accessories, etc.) open to the spacious living room with a smart TV,
– A dining area with a large table and a bar with high stools,
– A storage room with a toilet,
– A back kitchen with additional storage.
On the first floor:
– A first bedroom with a double bed and a storage area with a wardrobe,
– A second bedroom with a double bed and a storage area with a wardrobe,
– A third bedroom with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed and a storage area with a wardrobe,
– A bathroom with a large shower and a toilet.
You have access to the large shaded terrace, an ideal space to enjoy a meal with family or friends around the charcoal barbecue.
You can park your car for free in the parking lot just in front of the apartment.
Please note: The house has stairs.
