Sarah Richard was an apprentice at the Hôtel Jules César in Arles and at Alexandre’s in Garons, before becoming chef de partie at the îles Paul Ricard and then at the Grand Hôtel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
Julien Richard began his career at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat. He then spent four years at the îles Paul Ricard, working alongside Christophe Pacheco (MOF 2011), before becoming chef at the Grand Hôtel (Saint-Jean-de-Luz), La Mère Germaine (Châteauneuf-du-Pape) and then L’Arlatan (Arles). They began working together at Au Cœur du Village Hôtel, in La Clusaz.
In June 2023, they will open Le Seize in Arles to introduce you to their world through affordable lunches, refined dinners and friendly, gourmet brunches.
For lunch, a main course and dessert menu is available for €32 and a starter, main course and dessert for €39.
For dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings, a 5-course menu costs €68.
All our menus are composed according to the seasons, thanks to the local producers, breeders, market gardeners, fishermen and craftsmen who work with us, as well as our vegetable garden.
Afternoon tea is offered with sweet and savoury dishes and can be accompanied by our selection of teas and coffees.
On the first Sunday of the month and on public holidays, we offer a brunch.
