Mas des Figuiers

The gîte, located at the back of the Mas des Figuiers and overlooking the well courtyard, includes a covered terrace on the ground floor, equipped with 4 chairs, a table, a large wrought iron bench and a gas barbecue. A fitted kitchen, a storeroom with WC and a living room complete this first level.
On the first floor, you will find an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC, a second non-air-conditioned bedroom, a baby bed, a high chair, a baby chair and other facilities available on request when booking.
Household linen is provided (sheets + pillowcases, towels + gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and placemats).
You will access the gîte through the kitchen on the ground floor. You will find a fridge with freezer compartment, 2 induction hobs, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, filter or Nespresso coffee machine, kettle etc…
The living room is located on the ground floor and communicates with the kitchen and the covered terrace. You will find a convertible corner sofa (140 cm), a coffee table, a flat screen TV with wifi connection (DVD player possible), a window and a large glass door.
Upstairs, the bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed with slatted base. A large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a secretary with armchair, 2 bedside tables with drawers and lamps. It has a mosquito net, a shutter, a blackout curtain and reversible air conditioning. Possibility to add a baby cot (free of charge, ask for it when booking) or a 90cm bed.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with an electric radiator, a chest of drawers and 2 benches with storage baskets and hooks. It has a bath with shower head, a toilet and a large washbasin.
Finally, a second bedroom communicating via the bathroom with the rest of the house, comprising 2 twin beds (90cm), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. It is not air-conditioned, but has a window with a shutter, mosquito net and curtain.
You can access the park and the swimming pool in front of the Mas des Figuiers by taking a small path along the huge fig tree and the house.
Around the pool you will find deckchairs, tables, chairs and parasol, as well as some outdoor games.
