He then spent four years at the \u00eeles Paul Ricard, working alongside Christophe Pacheco (MOF 2011), before becoming chef at the Grand H\u00f4tel (Saint-Jean-de-Luz), La M\u00e8re Germaine (Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape) and then L&#8217;Arlatan (Arles). They began working together at Au C\u0153ur du Village H\u00f4tel, in La Clusaz.<br \/>\nIn June 2023, they will open Le Seize in Arles to introduce you to their world through affordable lunches, refined dinners and friendly, gourmet brunches.<\/p>\n<p>For lunch, a main course and dessert menu is available for \u20ac32 and a starter, main course and dessert for \u20ac39.<br \/>\nFor dinner on Thursday and Friday evenings, a 5-course menu costs \u20ac68.<br \/>\nAll our menus are composed according to the seasons, thanks to the local producers, breeders, market gardeners, fishermen and craftsmen who work with us, as well as our vegetable garden.<br \/>\nAfternoon tea is offered with sweet and savoury dishes and can be accompanied by our selection of teas and coffees.<br \/>\nOn the first Sunday of the month and on public holidays, we offer a brunch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In June 2023, chefs Julien Richard and Sarah Richard will open Le Seize in Arles to introduce you to their world.
