Pierre and Monique Vadon decided to open their farmhouse to visitors seeking an authentic Camargue experience and a connection with nature, offering horseback riding, lodging in a guesthouse, and bed-and-breakfast accommodations\u2014and they\u2019ve been doing so for 35 years. This Camargue farmhouse practices organic farming, and sheep have given way to the raising of Camargue bulls. The ride takes place in this exceptional region, featuring natural landscapes such as the sansou\u00efre, the marshes, and the \u00c9tang de Vaccar\u00e8s, which attracts over 80,000 birds annually, including the famous pink flamingos. <\/p>\n
We offer horseback rides for all skill levels, in small groups or as private tours: a 2-hour activity where we provide personalized service by assigning horses based on experience; then we go to the pasture to fetch the horses, groom them, and saddle them up together. The tour is led by the instructor, who explains rice farming, traditional bull and horse breeding, and the wild landscapes teeming with birds.
\nFor private rides, we offer an optional birdwatching tour and an aperitif with a glass of prosecco upon return!<\/p>\n
We also offer group and private riding lessons, as well as courses combining lessons and rides.
\nChildren are welcome in lessons and rides starting at age 6.
