The Perle de Carteau is an Oyster of Camargue, grown in category B areas, and is stored for at least 48 hours in purified water tanks, to ensure excellent sanitary quality.
\nThe oyster spat are all of French origin and grow in water that is rich in nutrients, producing the superb taste and fleshy character.<\/p>\n
