In the heart of the Camargue, between marshes, horses and bulls, gite adjoining the owners’ home, with terrace, private jacuzzi and shared swimming pool. On one level, the g\u00eete opens onto an entrance leading to all the rooms.
\nLarge 35 m\u00b2 living room with fitted kitchen (fridge\/freezer, oven, 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo pod coffee maker), washing machine, dining area, living room with sofa and armchairs, DVD player and flat screen TV.
\n2 bedrooms: a first bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and a second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. Each bedroom opens onto the terrace via a French window.
\nBathroom with walk-in shower and basin.
\nSeparate WC with washbasin. Large private terrace of 200 m\u00b2 fully enclosed with garden furniture and relaxation lounge. Private 6-seater Jacuzzi in a room adjoining the g\u00eete, with hi-fi system to relax while listening to music or the radio. Swimming pool shared with another gite 8x4m, depth 1.50, open from Easter to oAll Saints’Day. Free access to a green space of approximately 1000 m\u00b2 with another garden furniture, lake and palm trees. Masonry barbecue. Reversible air conditioning (included). Sheets and towels included. Animals accepted with owners’ agreement, but bulldogs and similar breeds not accepted. Private parking in front of the cottage. Possibility of cleaning package at the end of the stay at the price of 65 \u20ac. Wireless. This comfortable cottage is ideally located just 9km from the sea and the center of Saintes Maries de la Mer.
