Shaded parking, south-facing terrace overlooking the Camargue and north-facing courtyard on the Rh\u00f4ne, with garden furniture and barbecue. Ground floor: large living room with fireplace (first flamb\u00e9 free of charge – \u20ac5 per additional wheelbarrow), sitting area (sofa bed), flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system. Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven). First floor: Bedroom 1 on south side with 2-person bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom (bath and washbasin), leading to bedroom 2 with 1-person bed (90×190). North-facing bedroom 3 with 2-person bed (140×190), shower room and closed toilet. Free end-of-stay cleaning. Linen and towels included. Electric heating (extra charge – actual consumption). Cot and high chair available on request. Bicycles for hire. Rates vary according to number of people (if > 5 people): please ask the owner.
