Born in Beirut in 1962. It was while photographing my parents around the age of 12 that I first realized the power of photography.
\nIn a fraction of a second, the photograph had transformed reality.
\nLife had broken free from the passage of time. <\/p>\n
I am a photographer of the moment, guided by my intuition. No pre-established rules\u2014just reaching out to others, waiting for magical moments. Traveling for unexpected encounters, getting used to places that seem forgotten, being close to those I photograph, revealing a part of life\u2026<\/p>\n
Taking a photograph is about creating an intangible space between the viewer and the photographer\u2014a meeting place where emotions, sometimes unexpected, are shared and brought to life. Images sometimes carry an emotional weight that makes us feel as though they already exist within us. Not everything can be explained.<\/p>\n
