On June 21, 2006, Armand Arnal opened his first service at La Chassagnette, between the mistral wind in the Provence canes and the mosquitoes in the evening light.
\nAt the time, there were already tomatoes in the garden, and this slightly mad desire to devote himself to plant-based cooking and to make the kitchen garden a terroir of culinary delights.
