\nNo guide may be responsible for more than 35 people, beyond which a second guide must be provided.

\nIn the event of cancellation less than or equal to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or in the event of
\nno-show (1 hour after the scheduled time), the full invoice will be due.
\nEach additional hour will be billed at \u20ac55 per hour per guide (\u20ac65 on Sundays – \u20ac82.50 on public holidays).
\nA supplement of \u20ac25 per guide per date will be charged if the guide’s meal is not provided on site.
